I’m Bubs—an eco-somatic love and intimacy coach, retreat guide, and devoted student of what it means to be alive in a human body.

I build ritual spaces that undress the soul
and reorient humans back home—
to their body, their pleasure, and their purpose.

I’m a woman in love with love—
rooted in mystery, shaped by muse.

I move like a steady river—
not so fast that you miss the moment,
but just slow enough to carve a lasting song into stone.

Awe, wonder, enchantment, delight, play, real-world magic, wild love,
and a kind of unshakable optimism—
these are natural to me. Contagious, even.

And—

I am equally at home in the deep, dark waters.

I honor the full emotional range that makes us human.
Grief. Longing. Rage. Tenderness. Truth.

While I’m outwardly warm and expressive,
I deeply value stillness—
the quiet spaces where something real can emerge.

This work didn’t begin as a career.
It began as a necessity.

A deep, internal knowing that something in me wanted to be more honest, more expressed, more alive—
and a willingness (sometimes reluctant, sometimes fierce) to follow that.

I’ve walked through seasons of disconnection,
of learning to listen to my body again,
of untangling patterns in love, intimacy, and self-trust.

Again and again, I’ve been brought back to the same place:

The body knows.
The truth is already here.
And we can learn how to stay with it.

My work is shaped by both lived experience and devoted study.

I’ve spent years immersed in somatic coaching, intimacy and sexuality work, parts work, and relational frameworks—
including over 650 hours of training through the VITA Coaching program with the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality,
as well as certifications in Embodied Relationship Coaching and Somatic Parts Work with the Embody Lab.

I’ve worked as a retreat manager and space holder for Layla Martin’s retreats—
supporting others in deeply transformative, intimate spaces.

I completed the Yearlong Soulcraft Immersion with Bill Plotkin and Palika Wilding and the Animas Valley Institute—
a body of work that profoundly shaped my relationship to the soul and the animate world.

I’m currently continuing my studies in Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork with the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education..

I’m inspired by teachers and thinkers who honor the body, the psyche, and the complexity of being human—
including adrienne maree brown, Kai Cheng Thom, Victor Warring, Mama Gena, Vanessa Bennett, Kimberly Ann Johnson, Ian MacKenzie, and others walking the edges of healing, culture, and embodiment.

All of this informs my work—
but none of it replaces the simple truth that presence, attunement, and relationship are what make transformation possible.

I care about the places in you that haven’t been fully met.

The parts that learned to quiet themselves.
The parts that still long to be expressed.

I care about helping you:
feel, not just understand
choose, not just cope
relate, not just protect

And I care deeply about the reclamation of your:
desire
voice
and sovereignty in your own body

I will meet you with warmth, honesty, and presence.

I’m not a passive observer of your process—
I’m with you in it.

Listening beneath your words.
Tracking what’s happening in your body.
Noticing the subtle shifts that often go unseen.

There is space here for your tenderness.
Your intensity.
Your pleasure.
Your truth.

And also—your humor, your weirdness, your aliveness.

I am inspired by and find healing in dance and song.

In making music.
In catching songs in the wild.
In speaking prayer through my dancing body.

My connection to the natural world is not separate from this work—
it’s part of how I understand it.

The body, like the earth, moves in cycles.
Nothing real is rushed.
And nothing alive is meant to stay hidden forever.
